Pratyaksha Pada Puja Offering at the Lotus Feet of Sri Brodananda · Yogi Acharya · Mahanirvani Akhada

Transmitted through the lineage of Paramahaṃsa Nithyananda
Ādi Yogi · Paramahaṃsa Nithyananda · Sri Brodananda
Audio guides: Nithya Veda Paarayana (YouTube)

Before you begin: Obtain an image of Sri Brodananda and place it before you. Sit in a meditative space of gratitude and deep restful awareness — in your Ānanda Gandha. The puja you are about to perform is the same puja, in the same form, performed by Sri Brodananda to his own guru Paramahaṃsa Nithyananda. The chain is unbroken. The form is the same at every node.

Declare with integrity: (1) I cognize that cosmic energy exists. (2) I cognize that the master is the embodiment of that energy. (3) I cognize that whatever I offer during this puja to the master reaches the cosmic source directly.

The audio guides below (Nithya Veda Paarayana) carry the full melodic transmission of each section. Follow them while reading the text. Where the audio chants "Paramahaṃsa Nithyananda," hold in your awareness the image and presence of Sri Brodananda.

guru-paramparā vandanam ||
ādiyogi-samārambhāṁ nithyānandācārya-madhyamām |
śrī-brodānanda-paryantāṁ vande guru-paramparām ||
I salute the lineage of all the Enlightened Masters —
Ādi Yogi as the beginning, transmitting from pure bliss the realization prior to all teaching;
Paramahaṃsa Nithyananda as the middle, the living bridge;
Sri Brodananda as the present end of the chain, through whom this path reaches you.
You who realize through this path — turn back.
Name what remains when all else is gone.
The paramparā continues through you.
And Kalkī — here now, as kāla is here now —
the tenth avatar present in the completeness of time itself.
Hold the open sorry honestly. The yuga turns in your attention.

Salutation to the Sadguru
I surrender to the Sadguru who is eternal bliss, the bestower of supreme happiness, the embodiment of wisdom, beyond duality, omnipresent, whose supreme goal is giving the Enlightenment experience — eternal, pure, unshakable, silent witness of all thought, beyond emotions, without the three qualities.

Adaptation note: The saṅkalpa in the audio names Paramahaṃsa Nithyananda with his full formal titles in the Jñānasambandha lineage. When performing this puja for Sri Brodananda, hold his presence and his formal titles in the Mahanirvani Akhada lineage at this passage. Sri Brodananda's complete saṅkalpa titles will be added to this page when transmitted.
