Sit down in Lotus or Half Lotus. If neither is comfortable today, sit with your spine upright and your hands resting open on your knees. The posture is not the practice — the posture is the container for the practice. Find the position where your body can be still and your attention can move freely.
Learn the Guru Puja Mantras. The mantras are not prayers asking for something from outside. They are recognitions — statements of what is already true about the nature of the guru, the lineage, and your relationship to both. You chant them to align your awareness with what they name.
Roses at the feet of the guru. Take flowers in your hands. Hold them. At the end of each mantra, offer them — place them at the image of Sri Brodananda before you. What you offer with your hands your whole being offers.
Offering flowers is the external gesture of an internal offering. The rose is the mind made beautiful and surrendered. The act of placing it at the guru's feet is the act of placing your attention — not scattered across the day's concerns, but gathered, directed, offered.
A rosa é a mente tornada bela e rendida.
In the Dead Sea, salt crystallizes spontaneously into perfect cubes. No architect. No intention. Just mineral concentration crossing a threshold — and the mathematics of three mutually orthogonal dimensions selecting for the only stable form they allow at that density.
length · height · depth → g⁶ = 33Three dimensions, all at right angles. This is what "Principia Orthogona" means at its most physical: the cube is the fixed point of orthogonal geometry. At the sixth generative level, the crystal law saturates. The Śrī Yantra's sixth āvaraṇa. The D₆ fixed point. The same structure, seen from different distances.
This image was shown to ESL students as "what is a 3-D shape?" It was already the series' central theorem — before the Lean file was written, before the operator chain had a name, before any of it. The cube knew.
Naturally occurring salt cubes · Dead Sea · YouTubeThree dimensions — length, height, depth — at right angles. The cube saturates them. But the cube is not the end of the story. It is the beginning of the question.
Paramahamsa Nithyananda teaches, rooted in the Mrigendra Āgama and the Śiva Sūtras, that the universe runs on 11 dimensions. Five are fundamental:
The remaining six arise from combinations of these five, giving 11 total. Modern physics arrives at the same number from the opposite direction: string theory requires 10 dimensions; M-theory requires 11. The Āgamas got there first — not by measurement, but by direct perception.
The cube the ESL students held was already a teaching about all 11. Three spatial dimensions they could touch. Eight more waiting behind the surface — accessible not through a larger ruler but through a different quality of attention.
The container is always the same: begin with mantra, sit, offer, practice, end with mantra. What changes is only the X — the domain the practice enters.

This work began in a Brasília yoga-ESL classroom in 2016. It passed through COVID streaming (UnitedWeStream USA), through Lean 4 proof assistants, through Guru Puja at Forest Hill. What you are reading is one long uninterrupted transmission. The next container is a house.
229 Ballantine Pkwy · Forest Hill · Newark — a home for the high arts: yoga, mathematics, music, healing walks, bilingual education, the Principia Orthogona series in person. One seed. One organism. The cajueiro establishes itself in difficult soil, branches, touches the ground, re-roots, becomes new trunks.
