Principia Orthogona is a living series. Book 3, The Mini-Beast, is the applied volume: it takes the operator chain established in Volumes I and II and runs it against four classes of real systems.
Book 3 is published as an eBook only. It is updated as the pilot expands, which is the reason it is not committed to print.

If you want the applications first
Start here, in Book 3. Chapter 1, then the four rooms in order — biological, plasma, market, neural — then the Coherence Bridge. The mathematics is stated where it is needed and the volumes behind it can wait.
If you want the mathematics first
Volume I for the operator algebra, Volume II for the structural levels, then Book 3 as the test. This is the slower route and the one that makes the Coherence Bridge chapter legible as a category claim rather than a table.
If you want to know what is actually proved
Go to the Vol VI working papers. WP-24, WP-28, WP-29 and WP-30 are audits of this corpus’s own claims, and they are the fastest way to calibrate how much weight any particular assertion in the series will bear. WP-31 states the method for turning a dimensionless constant into a fitted, falsifiable function of data — the step where several claims in the series are still open.
How to cite this correctly
There is no series-level DOI. If you need one pointer for the series as a whole, use the Zenodo community: zenodo.org/communities/principia-orthogona.
Concept DOIs resolve to whichever version was deposited most recently, so citing one pins nothing. Cite the version DOI of the specific work you mean. Book 3 carries ISBN 979-8-9954416-6-3 (eBook PDF) and no print ISBN.
This is not a stylistic preference. A concept DOI cited as a series root put a phantom citation into one of this corpus’s own packs and kept it there for two months before an audit caught it.
